Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How do I return an item?
To make a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and the item(s) concerned. We will then tell you what to do next.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund
Once your return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method used for the purchase.
